The Journey Begins!

I’ve been wearing my hair natural, short, and curly for over 4 years now. While I’ve enjoyed this look immensely, I’m ready for a change. But simply letting it grow doesn’t appeal to me. Unless I choose to do twists or some other styling (I’m not motivated to do that), I’m just going to have a bigger ’fro. And I’m done with relaxers and flat irons because straightening my hair doesn’t feel like me anymore; I want to continue to appreciate my natural hair. But I also want length, ease of styling, and versatility. I stumbled across Sisterlocks, went research-mad, and loved what I saw. In November 2019 I will be getting my Sisterlocks established. I’m so excited!
